Letrace Faye Anderson

Graveside services for Letrace Faye Anderson, 83, of Pollok will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Gann Cemetery with Brother D.R. McNaughton officiating.

Ms. Anderson was born March 13, 1938 in Cooke County, Texas to the late Bulah May (Herron) and William Luther Davis, and died Monday, September 6, 2021 at her residence

Ms. Anderson retired from the Lufkin State Supported Living Center at the age of 55 following 25 years of employment. She was a member of Lotus Lane Baptist Church and she lived a Christian life. She loved doing crafts and gardening. She loved her flowers and had them everywhere. Ms. Anderson loved puzzles of any kind. She loved knitting and “keeping her hands busy”. She loved ladybugs and hummingbirds. Ms. Anderson looked forward to family camping trips. She loved every person she ever met and gave everyone that cam to her house a big hug. She was known to say “Love You More” to everyone who expressed their love to her.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Larry Anderson of Pollok, David and Kathy Anderson, Cynthia and Marvin Hartsfield, all of Lufkin, Ronnie Anderson of Huntington, Kim and Virgil Reynolds of Lufkin; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren with one on the way; sister-in-law, Glenda Davis of New Mexico; and a number of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Eric Varnado; great-granddaughter, Lori Anderson; two brothers; and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Varnado, Jason Varnado, Marcus Varnado, Eric Varnado, Logan Varnado, Ray Reynolds, and Will Kalka.

Honorary pallbearers will be Landon Varnado, Little Jason Varnado, Bradyon Williams, Robert Reynolds, S.J. Bourland, and Shawn Ricks.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Carroway Funeral Home.
