Funeral services for Patricia Ann Green, 81, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Michael West and Brother Larry Thornhill officiating. Interment will follow in the Berry Cemetery.

Mrs. Green was born April 13, 1935 in Missoula, Montana to the late Paul Joseph Ziesing and Corrine Davy (Young) Ziesing, and died Sunday, August 28, 2016 in a local hospice facility.

Mrs. Green had resided in Lufkin since 1964. She worked as a bookkeeper for Lufkin City Hall and First Bank & Trust. She loved being with family, solving crossword puzzles, and playing board games. Mrs. Green was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Oscar Green of Lufkin; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Jack Benton of Central, Crysta and Bill Breecheen of Pollok, and Carla Ann Green of Lufkin; special granddaughter, Anna Grimes and husband Bronson, Sr.; grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa, Jay, Lisa, Brad, and Misti; numerous great-grandchildren, including Malaree and Bronson, Jr.; brother, Robert Paul Ziesing of California; brother-in-law, Frank; sister-in-law, Margaret; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will include Bronson Grimes and Frank Lockey.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
