Memorial services for Leonard W. “Leo” Sullivan, 60, of Lufkin will be held Monday, November 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Brother Randy Brown officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Mr. Sullivan was born March 14, 1955 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Earnest and Molly (Irvin) Sullivan, and died Friday, November 6, 2015 in a local hospital.
Mr. Sullivan resided in Lufkin most of his life. He was employed with Lufkin Industries for 42 years. He enjoyed fishing and loved his grandchildren. Mr. Sullivan was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary (Sachtleben) Sullivan of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Amber Sullivan of Conroe; daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Bob Shaff of Rochester, New York and Tricia and Brian Lair of Lufkin; grandchildren, Logan Lair and Lauren Lair; mother, Molly Sullivan of Lufkin; brother and sister-in-law, David and Sheila Sullivan of Lufkin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Kelly Wesley of Pollok and Rebecca and Pat Moore of Houston; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Sullivan.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Southside Baptist Church Building Fund, 1615 Tulane Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75901.
