Dolores Boyd

Graveside services for Dolores ""Dee"" Boyd, 83, of Lufkin, will be held Monday, November 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park with Pastor Jeff Robinson officiating.

Dee was born April 24, 1929 in Houston, Texas to the late Josephine Ann (Kelly) and Stewart Shelby Crawford. She died Saturday, November 17, 2012 in a Lufkin hospice facility.

Dee was a retired clerk for First City Bank and had resided in Lufkin for the past 51 years. She loved gardening and her dog, Brandon. Dee was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, John E. Boyd of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Terry Lynne and Angelo Moreno of Houston; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy Boyd of Etoile, Ricky and Demetra Boyd of Lufkin, and Stacy and Anita Boyd of Lufkin; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
