Dana H. Kaiser

A Memorial Mass for Dana Kaiser, 65, of Huntington, was held Monday, April 4, 2011 in the St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Francis O'Dowd officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Ms. Kaiser was born May 9, 1945 in Beaumont, Texas to Hazel Bernice (Rains) and Louis Francis Davis, and died Friday, April 1, 2011 in a local hospital. She had resided in Huntington for more than 25 years and served the East Texas area as a registered nurse for 20 years. Ms. Kaiser was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jason and Jennifer Holder and Jeremy and Jana Holder, all of Huntington; granddaughters, Sydney and Hayleigh Holder, both of Huntington; father, Louis F. Davis of Jones Creek; sisters, Elizabeth Franks and Bob Hoff of Pflugerville and Judy Wright of San Antonio; brother and sister-in-law, Christopher and Gina Davis of Jones Creek; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Patrick Women's Guild, 2118 Lowry Street, Lufkin, Texas 75904; Hospice in the Pines, 116 South Raguet Street, Lufkin, Texas 75904; or the Woodland Heights Senior Circle, 505 South John Redditt Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
