Graveside services for Kathleen Nicole ""Nikki"" Businelle, 41, of Pollok, Texas, will be held Sunday, June 19, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in the Pollok Cemetery with Bro. Joe Carriere officiating.
Miss Businelle was born December 26, 1969, in Morgan City, Louisiana. She died Thursday, June 16, 2011 in a Lufkin hospital.
We once were three, but the Lord chose you.
Sisters we will always be, waiting for you, just us two.
You have left us and our Mother,
But joined other loved ones and our Father.
Safely they will keep you, embraced in everlasting love,
Until the day comes for us to be three again up above.
Survivors include her mother, Lynda Johnson Businelle; sisters, Denise Businelle Gibson and husband Bert, Brandi Businelle Ranatza; nephew, Damien Michael Gibson; godparents, Daisy and John E. Lodrigue, Sr.; great aunt, Mary Lou Walker; maternal uncle, Jeff Johnson and wife Nasrin; maternal aunt, Paula Gaudin Senna; paternal uncles, Kim ""P-Lou"" Richard and wife Melinda, Nilton Blanchard, Walter Joseph Businelle, Gary ""Butch"" Businelle, Sr., and wife Barbara, and Eugene Grant and wife Jan; paternal aunts, Josephine ""Beechie"" Aucion and husband Lloyd, Brenda Businelle, Dardinella Businelle, and Mable Elaine Businelle; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Anthony Businelle, paternal grandparents, Mary Mae Lombas Richard and Ward Joseph Businelle, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Dorothy Havard Johnson, Thomas Albert Johnson; brother-in-law, René Raymon Ranatza, Jr.; nephew, ""Trés"" René Raymon Ranatza, III.; great uncle, Joe Walker; aunt, JoAnn Richard Blanchard; and numerous other beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
