Todd Allen Lea

Funeral services for Todd Allen Lea, 45, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Todd Core and Dr. John W. Greene officiating. Interment will follow in the Tennessee Cemetery in Timpson.

Mr. Lea was born July 7, 1978 in Baytown, Texas, and died Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in a local hospital. He resided in Lufkin most of his life and worked as a welder. He loved cooking, fishing, hunting, baseball, golf, and Aggie football games. Mr. Lea was a member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Chelsea (Paddie) Lea of Lufkin; daughters, Gyllian Lea of Texas City, Kaitlyn Lea of College Station, and Allyson Lea of Lufkin; mother, Sharon (Ranne) Lea of Lufkin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Robin and James Roberts of Lumberton and Angie and James Bird of Beaumont; brother and sister-in-law, Terry Allen, Jr. and Kim Lea of Frisco; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Allen Lea, Sr.; and grandparents, John and Ruby Lea and Calvin and Opal Ranne.

Pallbearers will be Curtis Paddy, Travis Roberts, Jonathan Hunt, Dwayne White, and Gabe Kerr.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Thursday morning prior to the services.
