A visitation for Tina Pike Hemphill, 63, of Lufkin will be held Monday, March 9, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Carroway Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in the McClure-Baron Cemetery with Steven Pike officiating.

Mrs. Hemphill was born October 31, 1962 in Houston, Texas to Barbara (Grant) and Jarrell DeWayne Pike, and died Thursday, March 5, 2026 in a Houston hospital.

Tina had resided most of her life in Lufkin. She was co-owner of H & H Pipe and Steel. Tina was of the Baptist faith. Tina will always be remembered for her big heart and beautiful smile. She loved traveling and RVing, shopping, spending time at the beach, gambling, and sitting around a beautiful roaring fire. Some of her happiest moments were simply being with friends and family. Her children meant the world to her, and she absolutely adored her grandchildren. Her fur babies were also a special part of her life and brought her so much joy. Tina had a smile that could light up any room, and her kindness touched everyone who had the blessing of knowing her. She will be missed and forever remembered.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Jerry Hemphill of Lufkin; daughter, Stephanie Hemphill of Lufkin; son, Brian Hemphill of Lufkin; grandchildren, Carson Cleveland, Ash Rheem, Hayes Hemphill, Laken Hemphill; mother, Barbara Wilkins of Houston; brothers, Scott Pike of Houston, Steven Pike and wife Carla of Lumberton, Jarrell Pike, Jr. of Pearland; sisters, Lisa Wagner and husband Rickey of Angleton, Dana French and partner John Ellis of Houston, Mindy Kratsas and husband Robert of Austin, Trish Wilkins Wiseman and husband Mike of Houston, Erica Basralian of Missouri City; aunt who was more like a sister, Sheila Garner and husband Randy of Lufkin; mother-in-law, Jo Hemphill of Lufkin; brother-in-law, Joey Hemphill and wife Debbie of Lufkin; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jarrell “J.D.” Pike; sister, Donna McBryde; and father-in-law, Gene Hemphill.

Pallbearers will be Marion Abner, Rickey Wagner, Ricky Sammons, Garry Sorrell, Mark Cook, and Randy Garner.

Honorary pallbearer will be Dennis Lenderman.
