Robbie Sweet, Jr.

Robbie Sweet, Jr., 59, of Diboll died Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Robbie was born September 4, 1964 in Lufkin, Texas to Vernell (McCollum) and Robert Sweet, Sr.

Robbie worked for himself doing automobile repair and body work. In his pastime he enjoyed fishing. Robbie was a beloved son, brother and uncle and will be missed dearly.

Survivors include his mother, Vernell Sweet of Diboll; sisters and brothers-in-law, Katharine Sweet and Roy Daniel of Diboll, Kelly and  Todd Morris of Nacogdoches; brothers and sister-in-law, Brian Ray and Sherri Sweet of Huntsville, Gregory Sweet of Houston; nephew, Michael Lynn Toole of Lufkin; and numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Sweet, Sr.
