Nancy Catherine Perkins

Nancy Catherine Perkins, 79, of Lufkin died Friday, September 11, 2026 in The Woodlands. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Perkins was born December 6, 1946 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Iness Elizabeth (Flournoy) and Eugene Martin. She was a lifetime resident of Lufkin.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald Wayne Perkins of Lufkin; daughters and sons-in-law, Terry June Perkins of Clear Lake, Pamela Ellisor of Alaska, Anita and Charles Pierson of Lufkin, and Kelly Anne and Clay Brasher of Bullard; grandchildren and spouses, Daniel and Lacy Whisenant of Lufkin, Amy and Wesley Matchett of Wells, Kaylee Brasher of Atlanta, Georgia, Kyle Brasher of Bullard, and Sully Perkins of Clear Lake; sister, Dolly Brasuell of Donie, Texas; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Judy and Larry Lambright of Dayton, and Sandra and C.B. Brownell of Rye; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Robert W. Oliver.
