Nancy Havard

Funeral services for Nancy Havard, 70, of Diboll will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Young officiating. Interment will follow in the Ryan Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Havard was born May 15, 1954 in Houston, Texas to the late Judy (Haggard) and Robert French, and died Friday, September 20, 2024 at her residence.

Nancy had resided in Diboll most of her life. Nancy was a devoted wife to her late husband, Virgil, who was a loving family man. He was the absolute love of her life. Most important in her life were her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards and visiting with her friends. Nancy loved her sweet pups, Gizmo and Gidget.

Survivors include her sons, Dustin Gayle Havard of Diboll, Sean Michael Havard and wife Erryn of Lufkin; granddaughters, Ella, Emory, and Madeline Havard, all of Lufkin; one brother, one sister, and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 41 years, Virgil Gayle Havard, in 2023.

Pallbearers will be Draylon Fussell, Josh Jones, Dustin Lamar, Cameron Lyles, and Sean Havard.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon prior to the service.
