Morris Lynn Fletcher

Morris Lynn Fletcher, 67, of Lufkin died Sunday, November 6, 2022 in a local hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mr. Fletcher was born May 6, 1955 in Wells Point, Texas, to the late Glenna Mae (Gore) and Arthur Morris Fletcher.

Morris retired from the United States Navy after proudly serving his country for 23 years. After retirement, he worked off and on in the construction business. He was a loving husband and father who adored his children. They were the light of his life.  He will be truly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Survivors include his wife, Jenelyn “Jenny” Fletcher of Lufkin; daughters, Jenifer Fletcher and Jewel Fletcher, both of Lufkin; son, Jake Fletcher of Lufkin; and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
