Misty Dennis Boenisch

Funeral services for Misty Dennis Boenisch, 45, of Wells will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Wells with Brother Wesley Matchett officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Boenisch was born November 1, 1976 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Thursday, March 17, 2022 at her residence. She was a bus driver for Lufkin ISD and Central ISD. Mrs. Boenisch loved her dogs and enjoyed hunting. Her family was the most important thing to her.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Boenisch of Wells; daughter, Courtney Dusek of Magnolia; son, Cameron Dusek of Lufkin; stepdaughter, Bayleigh Boenisch of Kemp; stepson, Riley Boenisch of Kemp; father, Bobby Allen Dennis of Lufkin; sister and brother-in-law, Shanna and Josh Carriere of Lufkin; brothers and sister-in-law, Jason and Ashley Dennis of Willis and Keith Dennis of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra (Vann) Tatum; and stepmother, Wanda Dennis.

Pallbearers will be Cameron Dusek, Jason Dennis, Logan Dennis, Brandon Carriere, Joey Dusek, Dylan Huppe, and Mason Dennis.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at First Baptist Church Wells.
