Mildred Louise Stuart Telford
August 12, 1923 — November 22, 2017
Mrs. Telford was born August 12, 1923 in Huntington, Texas to the late Annie Mae (Beathard) and Willie Hinton Stuart, and died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Telford had resided in Lufkin most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Fuller Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Telford and wife Sheila, Jerry Telford, and DeWayne Telford, all of Lufkin; grandchildren, Kyle Telford and wife Ginger, Chris Moss and wife Tracy, Jeremy Moss and wife Erin, William Telford and wife Theresa, Jonathon Telford and wife Amy, and Chris Telford and wife Ashley; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne Stuart and wife Lucy of Lufkin; stepbrothers, Frank Renda and Pete Renda of California; stepsister, Marlene Mazza of California; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, W. M. “Bill” Telford; grandson, Jason Telford; brothers, Clyde Stuart and Melvin Stuart; and stepfather, Pete Randa.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Telford, Chris Moss, Jeremy Moss, Jonathon Telford, Tyler Telford, Chance Telford, Sloan Moss, and Dean Moss.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jayla Telford, Allison Moss, and Jack Colton Telford.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fuller Springs Missionary Baptist Church, 5003 Fuller Springs Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75901 or to a charity of your choice.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon prior to the service at the funeral home.
