Mary Louise Lawson

Graveside services for Mary Louise Lawson, 91, of Pollok will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in the Bethel Cemetery in Appleby with Brother Keith Bickley officiating.

Mrs. Lawson was born September 20, 1930 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Dealey M. (Ellis) and Ivory O’Neal, and died Friday, June 17, 2022 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Lawson had resided in Pollok for more than 30 years and previously resided in Nederland. She was a member of Pollok Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Melvin Beauchamp, and Kay and Richard A. Davis, all of Nederland; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Harrison Lawson; daughter, Mary Knight; four brothers; and three sisters.
