Funeral services for Mary Mikell Beaty, 46, of Chireno, formerly of Hudson, will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Arriola officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Ms. Beaty was born December 11, 1972 in Lufkin, Texas to Paulette (Womack) and William Victor Beaty, and died Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Nacogdoches.
Ms. Beaty was a longtime resident of Hudson and had resided in Chireno for the past year. She was a stylist at the PineCrest Retirement Community hair salon. Ms. Beaty loved George Strait music and was very crafty. She enjoyed collecting ceramic roosters and most of all spending time with her grandsons.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kaielee Mikell and Stephen Burns of Hudson; grandsons, Kooper Burns and Grayson Burns, both of Hudson; fiancé, Brian Bailey of Chireno; brother and sister-in-law, Patrick Clark and Gena Ranae Beaty of Fulshear; sister and brother-in-law, Shanda Beaty and Clay Conditt of Lufkin; nephews and nieces, Staff Sgt. Patric “Tyler” Beaty U.S.A.F., Trever Blake Beaty, Ava Paulette Beaty, Wyatt Womack, Ireland Womack, Holland Womack, Kaden Womack, Christian Womack, Liam Womack, Scout Womack, and Nora Womack; uncles and aunts, Richard and Stacey Womack, Ronnie and Becky Womack, all of Hudson, and Mac Womack of Hockley; cousins who were like siblings, William Womack, Josh Womack, Kris Womack, David Womack, and Cassy Womack; fiance’s parents, Gaylon and Rosie Bailey of Chireno; and her standard poodle, Dottie.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Victor Beaty; mother, Paulette (Womack) Beaty Arriola; stepfather, James Robert Arriola, Sr.; grandparents, Mary Florence (McGilvra) and Sherwin William Womack; aunt, Susie Womack; and cousin, Maren Womack.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Beaty, Trever Beaty, William Womack, Josh Womack, Kris Womack, David Womack, Christian Womack, Stephen Burns, Jr., Dwight Cleveland, and Patrick Tyson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 212 Gene Samford Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
