Marvin “Arkansas” Quarles, 88, of Moscow died April 25, 2026 in a Lufkin hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Mr. Quarles was born September 9, 1939 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the late Annie Margaret (Harp) and Jackie Roy Quarles.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Amelia Quarles of Moscow; daughter, Gabrielle Quarles of Houston; and stepson and daughter-in-law, Benjamin and Dina English of Arkansas.
