Mark Alan Pearson

Funeral services for Mark Alan Pearson, 62, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Sheryl West officiating.

Mark was born July 15, 1963 in Lufkin, Texas to Dottye Darlene (Gulledge) and Joe Allan Pearson, and died Friday, September 19, 2025 in a local hospital.

Mark was a lifelong resident of Lufkin and worked for the Hudson Independent School District for many years. He was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all.

Survivors include his wife, Gina Giacone and their daughter, Isabella Pearson; son, Tyler Pearson and wife Taylor; grandchildren, Remington Pearson, Mark Pearson, and Aiden Pearson; mother, Dottye Pearson; brother, Clark Pearson and wife Bridgette; brothers-in-law, Chris Harp, Ronnie Harp and wife Sarah; nieces, Rachelle Pearson, Brittany Pearson, Kim Pearson; nephew, Zachary Harp; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. Wednesday morning prior to the service.
