Miss Loula Janell Hill, 74, of Spring, Texas passed away Friday, July 3, 2026 in a Houston hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Miss Hill was born July 5, 1951 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Georgia Joyce (Bollier) and Tulsa Lee Hill.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Neal.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tim M. Hill; and sister, Sandra Crawford.
