Lisa Sue Temple Sitze

Graveside services for Lisa Sue Temple Sitze, 63, of Nacogdoches will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Union Cemetery with Brother John Harvey officiating.

Lisa was born March 1, 1960 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Billie (Oates) and Powell Temple, and died Tuesday, February 27, 2024 in a Tyler hospital.

She resided in Lufkin most of her life and was a private care nurse. Her kids and grandkids were her world. She loved music and being silly. She had a heart of gold and was always helping others. Lisa was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Antonio Rodriquez of Nacogdoches; daughter, Amber Sitze and husband Michael Doggett of Lufkin; son, Devin Sitze of Lufkin; grandchildren, Kaedence Sitze, Christian Doggett, Carmen Doggett, Kamrin Sitze, Kalaya Sitze, and Kinleigh Sitze; brothers and sister-in-law, Stanley and Julie Temple of Hudson and Gary Temple of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; nephew, Jared Temple; and niece, Livia Temple.

Pallbearers will be Kamrin Sitze, Christian Doggett, Stanley Temple, Gary Temple, Luke Temple, and Michael Doggett.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Carroway Funeral Home.
