Linda Ford

Memorial services for Linda Ford, 67, of Lufkin will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Kent Childers officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Linda was born June 17, 1958 in Stamford, Texas to the late Eula Rae (Tankursley) and Dan Moody Lovvorn, and died Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Linda was a teacher; she taught full time for a few years and was a substitute teacher for many years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed making jelly, pickles and salsa, among other items. She loved dogs and children. Linda and Dennis lived in Breckenridge, Texas, Petal, Mississippi and Lufkin, Texas with the last 23 years being in Lufkin.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Ford, and brother, Jon Lovvorn.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dan Moody Lovvorn, mother, Eula Rae Lovvorn, and her sister, Dana Rae Lovvorn.
