Kira Howard Welch, 98 of Lufkin passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in a local nursing home. A private family burial was held in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Welch was born December 21, 1921 in Polk County, Texas to Esther (Kimball) and James Jackman Howard.
