Kevin Ray Anderson

Graveside inurnment services for Kevin Ray Anderson, 59, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Old Union Cemetery with Brother Lamar Denby officiating and eulogy by Eddie Matthews.

Kevin was born May 16, 1966 in Lufkin, Texas to Cathy (Campbell) and Kenneth Anderson, and died Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at his residence.

Kevin resided in Lufkin most of his life and worked as a pasture rider. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Pat Anderson of Huntington, Cathy Kirby of Lufkin; sister, Kelly Stoltz of Lufkin; nieces, Tatum Stoltz, Edie Stoltz, and Maggie Stoltz; stepbrothers, Todd Hopson, Blake Hopson, both of Huntington, Cary Kirby, Clint Kirby, both of Lufkin; stepsister, Sarah Milligan of Lufkin; and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Walter Kirby and stepbrother, Trent Hopson.
