Justin Glover Horn

Funeral services for Justin Glover Horn, 36, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Yancey officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Justin was born December 2, 1982 in Hemphill, Texas to Atrelle (Horn) and the late George Glover Armstrong, and died Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in Alabama.

Justin had resided in Lufkin for 10 years and previously resided in Pineland. He was a Tech A for a catalyst company in the Oil and Gas Industry. Justin was a loving husband, father, son and brother. His priority was taking care of his family. He worked hard to provide for them and always put his wife and children first. He enjoyed spending his free time with them and supporting his children in their endeavors, especially if it involved taking them fishing. He was a kind and loving person with a sweet soul. Justin was a member of Timber Creek Church where he was very active, and his church family was so important to him.

Survivors include his wife, Michaela Horn of Lufkin; daughter, Maisie Gonzalez of Lufkin; sons, Malachi Morrow and Glover Horn, both of Lufkin; mother, Atrelle Horn of Missouri City; sisters, Megen Tatum and husband Derrick of Missouri City and Latrecia Horn and husband Jeffrey Wortham of Stafford; brother, Jason Horn of Lufkin; sister-in-law, Sha’nin Lawrence and husband Pete of Burke; mother-in-law, Beverly Morrow of Lufkin; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon prior to the service at the funeral home.
