Judd Courtney Williamson, 77, of Lufkin died Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at his residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Mr. Williamson was born August 1, 1948 in Middletown, Connecticut to Lillian Helen (Mac Menigall) and Gordon Cady Williamson.
Judd was an entrepreneur and owned several businesses. He loved to joke around, and you never knew what to expect him to say. He was always friendly and developed many lifelong friendships. Judd had a lot of love in his heart. More than anything he loved his family and was passionate about animals. He was a member and past president of the Angelina County Humane Society, a member of the Rotary Club, and Corvette Club. He had a giving heart and found great joy in helping raise support for local charities.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Williamson; daughter, Wendy Michelle Williamson; son, Judd Frederick Williamson; stepdaughters, Melanie Wade and husband Roy, Kellie Hall and husband Mitch; grandchildren, Samantha Williamson, Gregory Williamson; step grandchildren, Blaine Berry, Cheyenne Berry, Laurel Hall; brother, Chris Williamson; and his beloved fur babies, Bailey and China.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Bruce Wiliamson and Allen Williamson.
