Jo Ann Williamson

Graveside services for Jo Ann Williamson, 70, of Pollok will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gann Cemetery with Brother Richard Owen officiating.

Mrs. Williamson was born July 16, 1948 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Nellie (Johnson) and T.A. Dunn, and died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at her residence. She was a lifetime resident of Angelina County and was an Occupational Therapist for Lufkin State Supported Living Center for 35 years.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Williamson of Pollok; daughter and son-in-law, Dee Dee and Greg Johnson of Huntsville; granddaughters and spouses, Rhianna and Colten Willett of Pollok, Madesen and Tony Hall of Chesterville, Virginia, and Ryleigh Johnson of Huntsville; great-grandchildren, Aaron Simpson, Delilah Hall, Vinnie Hall, and Jared Hall; sisters and brother-in-law, Nellie Rushing and Linda and Charles Basham, all of Lufkin; nephews, nieces and their spouses, Thomas and Michelle Rushing, Marie and Jerry Richson, Michelle and Mayburn Greening, Jerry and Treba Willis, all of Lufkin, and Todd and Wendy Willis of Diboll; numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends; and her beloved dog, Sugar.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones at the cemetery from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon prior to the services.
