Jerry Don Loe

Jerry Don Loe, 55, of Tatum died Thursday, December 4, 2025 at his residence in Zavalla. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Jerry was born February 28, 1970 in Longview, Texas. He worked as a diesel mechanic for 35 plus years. He enjoyed cooking, hunting and fishing, and loved to work on things. He was always in the woods or on the water or doing something that revolved around hunting and fishing. Jerry loved camping and took everything but the kitchen sink when he went.

Survivors include his wife, Jerrie Collins Loe; stepdaughters, Maria Collins and Kimberly Collins; nine grandchildren; father and stepmother, Jerry and Tina Loe; mother, Brenda (Turner) Gowan; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Shannon Loe, and David and Brittney Loe; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Chuck Gowan.
