Jeitonna Lynn Chandler Harris

Jeitonna Lynn Chandler Harris, our beloved daughter, mother, Mimi, cousin and friend gained her wings in heaven on December 31, 2024, in Lufkin, Texas. As we were ending one year and starting a new one, Jeitonna was holding her beloved grandson, Jax, and rejoicing in hearing him speak in heaven.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Carroway Funeral Home, in Lufkin, TX. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas, at 2:00 p.m., to be followed by a visitation at a friend’s home. Information to come regarding the second visitation following the week of the graveside service.

Jeitonna was born October 9, 1967 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Barbara (Chandler) Steinmetz and Lynn Chandler. She is preceded in death by her father, Lynn; her material grandparents, Carrol and Dee Allen; her paternal grandparents, R.D. and Dolly (Jones) Chandler; her grandson Jaxson Lee Guillory; and many aunts and uncles.

Survivors left to carry on her memories are her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Antony Guillory of Conroe, Texas; her son, Kevin Chris Alexander of Lufkin, Texas; her parents, Barbara and Jeff Steinmetz of Lufkin, Texas; her sisters, Shelley and Debra; her beloved grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Ellia, Jordyn, Eva and Lilly; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
