Jeana Michelle Kosina

Memorial services for Jeana Michelle Kosina, 57, of Corrigan will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church in Corrigan with Brother William “Peanut” Glass, Brother Lesly Wilkinson and Brother Gary Forrest officiating. Burial of her ashes will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kosina was born March 1, 1968 in Jal, New Mexico to Dixie Kay (Sloan) and Johnny Mack Bowers, and passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Kosina had resided in Corrigan for 33 years.

Survivors include her husband, Bert Kosina of Corrigan; daughters and son-in law, Christen and Richard Stout of Diboll, Megan Waller and significant other TJ Nash, and Logan Kosina, both of Corrigan; sons and daughters-in-law, Curt and Sabra Kosina of Lumberton, Cody and Amber Kosina of Woodville; grandchildren, Heath, Breck, Aaron, Emma, Jaxon, Skylar, Coltin, Cainan, Copen, Aubrey, and Luke; father and stepmother, Johnny and Marie Bowers of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sister and brother-in-law, Penny and Jerry Hudspeth of Corrigan; brother and sister-in-law, Cary and Laura Bowers of Livingston; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning prior to the service.
