Jason Wayne Ryan

Funeral services for Jason Wayne Ryan, 45, of Nacogdoches will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Ryan officiating. Interment will follow in the Ryan Chapel Cemetery.

Jason was born May 12, 1978 in Houston, Texas to Lillian Laverne (Vardeman) and Bobby Glenn Ryan, and died Tuesday, June 20, 2023 in Nacogdoches.

Jason worked in construction as a surveyor.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Leah Ryan; children, Devon Ryan, Gracie Ryan, Benson Ryan, Isabella Meaux, Patrick Meaux, Elijah Meaux, Poppy Meaux, Grayson Meaux; parents, Bobby and Lillian Ryan; brother, Robert Ryan and wife Rhonda; maternal grandmother, Billie Vardeman; friend, Adam Rios; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cecil and Frances Ryan; and maternal grandfather, James Vardeman.

Pallbearers will be Adam Rios, Brian Vardeman, Raymond Ryan, Jr., Robert Ryan, Matthew Hanscom, and Bryan Strong.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon prior to the service.
