Jason Eugene Parrish

Funeral services for Jason Eugene Parrish, 73, of Lufkin will be held Friday, July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Jared Bollman officiating. Interment will follow in the Fielder Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Parrish was born January 6, 1953 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Barbara Lucille (Lewing) and Herman Hollice Parrish, Jr., and died Monday, July 20, 2026 at his residence. Jason worked as a machinist at Lufkin Industries.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Charlotte Parrish of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Alana and Clay Cummings of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Leigha Parrish of Josephine; grandchildren, Camryn, Mykenzie, and Olyver Parrish; sister, Betty Murphy of Spurger; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Katie Parrish of Lufkin; stepbrothers, Tracy Havard and wife Michelle of Longview, Trent Havard of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Shockley, Brian Adams, Clay Cummings, Duane Murphy, Allen Graham, and Johnathan Murphy.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Friday morning prior to the service.
