Jane Skelton Cutler

Graveside services for Jane Skelton Cutler, 77, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Old Union Cemetery with Pastor Ty Phillips officiating.

Mrs. Cutler was born March 9, 1940 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Ouida (Cruse) and Ruel Skelton, and died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Cutler was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and was a Cafeteria Aide at Bonner Elementary for a number of years. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Mrs. Cutler loved the Bonner staff and her church, Cross Road Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Reneà and Terry Haney of Hudson; son, Terry Cutler of Hudson; grandchildren, Jared Haney and wife Ginny, Noah Cutler, Eli Cutler, and Chance Haney; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Donny Bailey of Hudson; sister-in-law, Joyce Skelton of Hudson; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Cutler; sister, Jackie Adams; and brother, Sam Skelton.
