James Patrick Copeland

Funeral services for James Patrick Copeland, 53, of Huntington will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin.

Mr. Copeland was born January 2, 1971 in Fort Benning, Georgia, and died Monday, July 15, 2024 at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston.

Survivors include his wife, Justine (Smith) Copeland; son, James Robert Copeland; mother and stepfather, Lois and Jim Dewey; and brothers, Sean Copeland, Jonathan Copeland, and Mikey Copeland.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Copeland, and his grandparents.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sean Copeland, Jonathan Copeland, Mikey Copeland, Joe Broussard, Jeff Payne, Eric Sanders, and James Robert.
