Mr. Phillips was born November 24, 1950 in Washington State, and passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025.
George was of the Christian faith where he attended Lighthouse of Prayer Church. George worked in maintenance at various hospitals where he met his wife, Cathy, and spent many happy years with her. George and Cathy stood side by side and built their dream home. After George retired you could find him hanging around the house working on a project no matter how big or small. George loved spending time with his brother, John, and always making himself available, if needed. George loved working on his tractor and using it to help others. George loved fishing in his pond, even if it was to catch them and throw them back. He loved spending time with his family and friends. George loved his family and would often be watching for his son, Michael, to come home from a long hitch. George wanted to be the first one to ask his son how he was and to let him know how he missed and loved him. George was always just a call away if he was needed even for the smallest of things. Most of all, George loved God and God’s Word.
