Elizabeth Horne

Funeral services for Elizabeth Horne, 62, of Huntington will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin with Brother Elton Musick officiating. Interment will follow in the Jonesville Cemetery.

Mrs. Horne was born April 15, 1955 in Houston, Texas to the late Margaret (House) and Robert Bazor, and died Saturday, November 25, 2017 in a local nursing home. She loved being a mother, and loved her family the most.

Survivors include her children, Jna Palmore and husband Mark of Lufkin, Jason Lee Horne of Huntington, Steven Horne and wife Shayna of Fort Riley, Kansas, and Justin Horne of Colorado Springs, Colorado; daughter-in-law, Neva Smith of Huntington; numerous grandchildren; brother, Ed Bazor and wife Jeanette of Greenville; sisters, Sheila Sullivan and husband David and Janice Davis and husband Jerry, all of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Terry Horne, Sr.; son, Terry Horne, Jr.; and sister, Debra Murrell.

Pallbearers will be Jason Horne, Mark Palmore, Davy Sullivan, Chad Sullivan, Cody Horne, Cole Palmore, and Steven Horne.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Horne, Mike Keefe, Thomas Horne, Matt Horne, and Justin Horne.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
