Ed Swan

Memorial services for Ed Swan, 64, of Dallas will be held Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Harold Seago officiating.

Mr. Swan was born August 2, 1953 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Mary (Cochran) and Marcus Swan, and died Tuesday, May 1, 2018 in Dallas.

Mr. Swan had resided in Dallas and worked as a Title Examiner for more than 30 years. He was a bicyclist, writer, storyteller, music lover, animal lover, and jewelry maker. Mr. Swan loved his family and was an awesome person to be around.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Donna (Pittman) Swan of Dallas; brother and sister-in-law, Davy and Carolyn Swan of Lufkin; sister-in-law, Sheila Swan of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Mark Swan, Jr. and Abe Swan.
