Dylan Antonio Martinez

Mass of Christian Burial for Dylan Antonio Martinez, 2 months, of Lufkin will be held Friday, June 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Denzil Vithanage officiating. Interment will follow in Largent Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel.

Dylan was born March 7, 2024 in Lufkin, Texas to Carla Prado and Brayan Martinez, and died Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in a local hospital.

Survivors include  his mother, Carla Prado of Lufkin; father, Brayan Martinez of Lufkin; maternal grandmother, Vianey Lira; maternal grandfather, Juan Carlos Prado; paternal grandfather, Antonio Martinez and wife Patricia Toledo; paternal grandmother, Dolores Garcia Grande; maternal great-grandmother, Luisa Lira; uncles, Brallan Prado, Santiago Prado; aunt, Leslie Denise Martinez Garcia; great-aunts, Maria Kimberly Sosa Lira Miriam Lira, Mariela Martinez; great-uncles, Armando Martinez, Isidro Martinez; friends, Luis Garcia, Jorge Cardona, Melvin Elias Caballero, Jorge Anguiano Mata; and numerous cousins and other relatives.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
