Donald Eugene McKnight

Funeral services for Donald Eugene McKnight, 82, of Fort Worth will be held Friday, November 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Corrigan Chapel with Brother Jay Thornton officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.

Mr. McKnight was born November 30, 1942 in Camden, Texas to the late Connie Lee (Neal) and Alfred Buren McKnight, and passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Survivors include his daughters, Deborah Morrison of Weatherford, Amy Henry and husband Tony of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Carley Bevel and husband David, Kelsey Carter and husband Matt, Mason Senter and wife Katie, Nick Henry and Vivienne Henry; great-grandchildren, Max, Lillie, Avie, Wyatt, and Holly; sisters, Sue Cox, Carol Alexander, Betty Davis and husband Mike; brother, Ray McKnight and wife Carrie; and mother of Deborah and Amy, Linda McKnight.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Butch McKnight; and sister, Cynthia Scott.

Pallbearers will be Mason Senter, Matt Carter, David Bevel, Wayne Davis and JR Davis.

Honorary pallbearer will be Max Carter.

The family extends a special thanks to Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks and Community Hospice for the loving care of Donald.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to your local hospice.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon prior to the service.
