Donald Warren Harshman

Graveside services for Donald Warren Harshman, 66, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Largent Cemetery with his father, Reverend Glenn Harshman, officiating.

Mr. Harshman was born March 20, 1957 in Rochester, New York, and died Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at his residence. He worked in parts and service for many years at Tipton Ford, Loving Toyota, and Cook Tire. He was a hard worker, sometimes working two jobs to provide for his family. He enjoyed working on vehicles and working with his hands, especially carpentry. He was a loving father, enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren, and loved his dog, Sully.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Josh Squyres of Lufkin; son, Billy Harshman of Lufkin; grandchildren, Jack, Zack and Emma Squyres, Tyson and Aspen Harshman, and Xanden and Khyler Hutto; father, Charles Glenn Harshman of Odessa; brothers, David, Paul, Jon, and Alan Harshman; sister, Melody Harshman; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives; and his faithful companion, his German Shepherd, Sully.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Renee (Martin) Harshman in 2020; and mother, Ruby Gail (Haney) Harshman.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Carroway Funeral Home.
