Don Graham, Sr.

Funeral services for Don Graham, Sr., 69, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Pentecostal Church with Brother Joe Stanley and Brother Wayne Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Mr. Graham was born September 29, 1949 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Irene (Ford) Graham and Barto Graham, and died Monday, October 8, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Graham was a lifelong resident of Lufkin. He was an Order Filler with Whites Stores, Inc. and worked in maintenance and security for PineCrest Retirement Community. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. His grandchildren were most important to him. Mr. Graham attended First United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Benita (Wells) Graham of Lufkin; sons, Don Graham, Jr. of Lufkin, Chris Graham and wife Casey of Hudson, and Kent Graham and wife Jesica of Richmond; grandchildren, Brandon Graham and wife Jane of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Joseph Graham of Hudson, Heston Graham, Hudson Graham, Hartlynn Graham, all of Richmond, Savannah Tutt, Tiffany Brookshire, Brianne Lee, Blake Brookshire, and Jake Solly, all of Lufkin; great-grandchildren, Shawn Tutt, Adam Tutt, Emry Wilkes, Rainee Parmer, and Korbin Brookshire, all of Lufkin; brothers, Bobby Graham of Lufkin, and Billy Graham of Huntington; sisters, Susie Conner of Jacksonville, Gayle Whitworth of Huntington, and Glenda Foster of Hudson; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Benny G. Graham and Paul Graham; and sister, Patsy Gossett.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Graham, Wayne Graham, David Ford II, Galen Drake, Jake Solly, and Blake Brookshire.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Graham, Heston Graham, and Hudson Graham.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Carroway Funeral Home.
