Dennis Wayne Dunn

Dennis Wayne Dunn, 60, of Lufkin died Wednesday, September 2, 2020 in Lufkin. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mr. Dunn was born April 16, 1960 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Annie “Billie” (Skelton) and Willie Ervin Dunn. He was a lifetime resident of Lufkin.

Survivors include his sister, Betty Stoddard of Hudson; nephews, David Steptoe and children Davana and Cutter Steptoe of Hudson, Scott Steptoe, wife Arnetta, and son Ashton of Menifee, California; and best friend, Phillip Glawson and wife Judie. Phillip and Dennis were hunting and fishing partners for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Ray Dunn; sister, Janice Lynn Bomer; half-brothers, Willie Earl Dunn and John Edward Dunn; and nephew, Michael Deaton.
