Deidra Lei Fore

Deidra Lei Fore, 77, of Lufkin died Sunday, June 16, 2024 in a local hospice facility. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fore was born November 22, 1946 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Lois (Due) and Legette Lester.

Deidra was raised in Groveton and Crockett, and was currently a resident of Lufkin. She taught Special Education at Corrigan Independent School District. Deidra was a loving mother and grandmother and she adored her granddaughters.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Bonnie Fore of Lufkin; granddaughters, Chloe Fore and Cassie Fore; and numerous extended relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Fore; and sister, Jan Miller.
