Deborah Denise Willson

Deborah Denise Willson, 50, of Lufkin died Monday, April 18, 2022 at her residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Ms. Willson was born October 7, 1971 in Lufkin, Texas. She was a lifetime resident of Angelina County and was a preschool teacher at Kid’s Depot. She enjoyed traveling, beach trips, going to thrift stores, and quilting. Ms. Willson was a member of Timber Creek Church.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Owen and Angel Willson of Hudson; mother, Virginia (Wiggins) Hodges of Burke; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Albert Rios of Burke; nephews and niece, Jarron, Holyn and Jackson Sinclair, all of Burke; fiancé, Randy Allison of Lufkin; stepdaughter, Desteny Blackburn of Hudson; grandson, Dylan Blackburn of Hudson; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John William Hodges.
