David Lloyd Stolp, 57, of Broaddus died Wednesday, August 10, 2022 in a Lufkin hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
David was born January 27, 1965 in Glendale, California to Louise Joy (Ehn) and George Walter Stolp.
David worked as an Aviation Parts Repair Specialist for Ansett Aircraft Spares & Service for 34 years. Upon retirement, he and Lisa moved to Broaddus, Texas to be closer to family.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Lisa Stolp of Broaddus; daughters, Shannon Stolp of Rockford, Illinois, Kimberly Stolp and fiancé Devin Munger of Houston; granddaughter, Scarlett Mae Munger of Houston; grandson, Nolan Emmitt Munger of Houston; sisters, Judy Jamieson and husband Rick, Marsha Klopfenstein, all of California; brother, Bruce Stolp of California; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Glenn Stolp and Steven Stolp.
