Darlene Faye Stephens Driskell

Memorial services for Darlene Faye Stephens Driskell, 71, of Corrigan will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church Corrigan Family Life Center with Brother Lesly Wilkinson officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Darlene was born September 25, 1953 in Houston, Texas to the late Whitt Stephens and Runa Stephens, and died Friday, August 15, 2025.

Darlene loved fishing, she enjoyed the thrill of casting a line out in the water. She loved to try her luck with scratch offs and slot machines. Whether it was a quiet day of fishing or the excitement of a winning ticket, Darlene knew how to enjoy the moment.

Darlene is survived by her Boyfriend, Danny Whitley; Daughter, Hollie Driskell and Boyfriend Alan Gray; Grandsons, Alexander Martinez and Fiancé Shelby Mundy, Daniel Martinez and Wife Jereeze, and Jorden Martinez; Great-Grandson, Remington Martinez; Brother, Damon Stephens and Wife Kim; Bonus Children, Billy Whitley, Angie Whitley, Rhonda Stone and Brad Stone; Bonus Grandchildren, Oren Pinner, Hunter Whitley and Parker Whitley; Bonus Great-Grandchildren, Brax Pinner, Bristol Pinner and Tsali Whitley; Father of Hollie, Ray Driskell; Best Friend of 51 years, Betty Germany; Her Loving Dog, Chloe; and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
