Darleen Vanderford

Graveside services for Darleen Vanderford, 78, of Lufkin will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the South Park Cemetery in Pearland with Pastor Randy Fowler officiating.

Mrs. Vanderford was born August 11, 1943 in Houston, Texas to the late Juanita (Roberts) and W.H. Foster, and died Monday, May 9, 2022 at her residence in Lufkin.

Formerly of Dickinson, Mrs. Vanderford had resided in Lufkin for 15 years. She was a secretary for Dickinson ISD for 18 years. Mrs. Vanderford was of the Episcopalian faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Audra Coffman of Hudson; grandson, Blake Coffman of Hudson; granddaughter, Talia Coffman of Hudson; great-granddaughter, Kylee Aubertin of Nacogdoches; and great-grandson, Jaxon Netherton of Hudson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lonnie Ray Vanderford; and brother, Dudley Foster.
