**DUE TO HURRICANE HARVEY, THE SERVICE TIMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED:

Memorial services for Daniel Aaron Kemling, 30, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon at New Beginnings Baptist Church of Patton Village, located at 16715 Main Street, Splendora, Texas, with Pastor Scott Anderson officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home. Graveside services with military honors for burial of cremains will be held Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in the Houston National Cemetery.

Daniel was born December 22, 1986 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and died Monday, August 21, 2017 in Houston. He served in the U.S. Army for eight years, six years active duty and two years reserve.

Daniel was a loving son, brother, husband, father and friend. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great-grandparents.

He is survived by too many loving family and friends to list.
