Daniel Leeland Adams

Daniel Leeland Adams was born November 1, 1986 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Sunday, February 2, 2025 in Kingwood.

Daniel was a lifetime resident of Angelina County. He had worked for Ashley Furniture and Ivan Smith Furniture. He was a good salesman and could talk anyone into anything.

Daniel loved collecting all kinds of things, loved scorpions and enjoyed fishing. He was a smart and strong-willed man, always willing to prove you wrong. But he had a kind heart - was kind to a fault - and was always willing to do whatever it took to help others. Daniel gave good advice, even if you didn’t want to hear it. You could see the whole world in his eyes and in his smile. He will be sorely missed and cherished by his family.

Survivors include his wife, Toni (Martin) Adams of Lufkin; daughter, Jada Adams of Lufkin; son, Samuel Adams of Lufkin; mother, Sheree Davis of Pollok; sister, Lea Crystal Adams of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Lora Marie Adams; and grandparents, Cleveland Eugene Adams and Evelyn Joyce “GaGa” Adams.
