Funeral services for Damon Moak, 59, of Pollok will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Greg Friejo officiating. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Kirbyville City Cemetery.
Mr. Moak was born December 27, 1961 in Kirbyville, Texas to the late Beryl (Banks) and Edward Lloyd Moak, and died Friday, September 3, 2021 in Pollok.
Mr. Moak was a resident of the Lufkin State Supported Living Center. He enjoyed dancing, riding bikes, and listening to country music.
Survivors include his brother, Keith Moak and wife Katie of Kirbyville; sister, Maureen Moak Duhon of Orange; 16 nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Bryan Moak, Sheila Guilbeaux, Sharon Jones, Eileen Gunter, and Kevin Moak.
The family of Damon Moak would like to thank the staff at Lufkin State Supported Living Center for their love, care and concern in caring for Damon.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning at the funeral home.
