Curtis Lynn Brown

Curtis Lynn Brown, 62, Lufkin died Monday, June 16, 2025 in a local hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mr. Brown was born November 19, 1962 in Scottsboro, Alabama to the late Jo Anna (Webb) and Jesse Brown. He resided in Alabama most of his life, before moving to Lufkin in 2007, and worked in the construction industry. Mr. Brown loved Hot Wheels cars, the outdoors, and cooking. He cooked like he was feeding an army. He was a loving husband.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer (Robbins) Brown of Lufkin; son, Cody Brown and wife Amanda Schrimsher of Alabama; daughter, Casey Brown of Alabama; grandchildren, Cole Brown and Kade Brown of Alabama; brothers, Patrick Brown, Charles Brown and Terry Wilbourn, all of Alabama; and cousin, Sherry Burgess of Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
